RETURNS POLICY: Changed your mind? Items may be returned in original condition with tags attached within 30 days. All other returns are at the discretion of our Shop.  If we receive items after the 30 day return period, we will issue a store credit.  Customers will receive an email with a unique coupon code allowing them to use their credit for any online purchase through our store.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: All returns and exchanges will be at the expense of the buyer. Mail your items to our shop. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Our Shop cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.  Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number, name, and phone #.

Please keep all packing materials and documentation in the event that your merchandise needs to be serviced or returned for any reason.

SALES: If we put an item on sale less than 30 days after you bought it at full price, let us know and we’ll credit you the difference. This offer only applies to purchases made within the last 30 days, and only if we have the same size and color of the item that you originally purchased in stock.

3. All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

4. All applicable state, local, federal and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.

6. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.

7. Shipping is free for all orders over: $500 and typically $450 on all other orders depending on size and weight of the package.

8. We ship items Monday – Friday within 24 hours of payment.

9. We do not ship on major US holidays.

10. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

11. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

12. Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.

13. Shipping is refundable if we ship the wrong item.

14. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging with tags attached.

15. Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

16. If items fail to perform as warranted, please contact the manufacturer.

17. We do not guarantee any product’s fitness for intended use.



Shipping Information

We ships using UPS and USPS from our store on most orders. Occasionally we will have your order drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If a product is not in stock or will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately via email. Your order will be processed within one day of receipt and typically will arrive within 3-10 business days of processing.

U.S. SHIPPING: We offer Discreet UPS/USPS ground, Air shipping on all orders within the Continental United States on orders over $500.  Overnight, 2 day and 3 day options available where the service is available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We accept orders from all international destinations where allowed to ship, however due to high rate of credit card fraud in some countries, we may request that you pay with Bitcoin. We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail shipping for all overseas orders.

CANADA: All shipments to Canada have  shipping and handling care.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any taxes, VATs, custom duties, or any other charges levied by your government. Payment is the responsibility of the purchaser.
